Christmas in a Backpack

Starting on October 1st and concluding on October 15th, MCA will be collecting new or gently used backpacks to be distributed in India during the 2008 Christmas season through the Net India organization.   Thousands of children all over India have been forever impacted by receiving of gifts inside their backpacks.  Over 2,500 backpacks were distributed to children during the 2007 Christmas seaon.

There are 2 ways that you can participate in this wonderful ministry.

1)  Purchase or donate a new or gently used backpack.  Put a $10 or more check made out to "Net India" to purchase items to go in the backpack.  (Write "Christmas in a Backpack" on the memo line of your check ----no cash, please).

2)  Contribute $20 and Net India will provide a backpack for $10.00 and fill the backpack with gifts totalling $10.00.
